Reply to RI drivers by [deleted]

I find driving is easier in RI when you just accept that you're never going to be the fastest and someone else is always gonna be dissatisfied with your driving.

If someone's camping in the left lane, why get all mad about it and ruin your day because they made a stupid decision? Just crank the tunes louder and carry on

Used several times. Only had an issue once on a replacement where they didn't seat it properly. But every other time was fine. Recommend going to the shop instead of having it done in driveway/work place parking lot.

Literally both "luxury" living communities I've lived in have done away with recycling claiming the trash is getting sorted, yeah ok pal. I honestly can't blame them when I've literally seen people throw couches in recycling dumpsters. "Cardboard only" seems like a perfectly great place to throw out those lamps and coffee table you're not taking to your new place....

Utica will be less expensive than Rhode Island. Brooklyn, while it would be a great NYC experience is going to be far more expensive, since Utica is way upstate. But Utica is also pretty much in the snowiest region of NY, so take that into account.

The only real advantages to Rhode Island over both is the closeness of things. Cost wise It's not as cheap as it used to be up here. Sure it'll be cheaper than Brooklyn.

Right before that murder curve. That thing is the bane of my uphill biking experience. I've still never topped my best of 2:15 from the bottom line to the parking lot at 116. I'll usually do this hill if I'm feeling like tacking on an extra 2 miles to my ride.

I think the real question here is, who's the picky eater? If it's your wife's Birthday and she wants mexican then someone's going to have to take a bullet on that choice. If she wants burgers, then burger it up somewhere.

I ate at Oz Tacos and Tequila recently and it was fantastic

Start small. I've never taken a lesson in my life and I still love playing. Watch videos of your favorite musicians, maybe they do one thing and you want to learn that one thing, then one thing becomes 2 cool things.

Most important, HAVE FUN.

I've been playing music (poorly) for most of my life and it's one of the best therapy things you can do for yourself. Having a bad day? Band on those drums, strings or whatever.

Hopefully you'll find some like minded people to do something, I've done several bands and overall it was really fulfilling
