But in all serious, trail running at night is pretty fun, if that’s your kind of thing. Also riverside outfitters paddle trips are great.

Do you know if it’s a supply line or drain line? My advice is for a supply line

With the water line off, open the outdoor spigot or sink to drain as much water out of your plumbing.
You also could buy a heat tape to keep it from freezing
AHB 12-ft 84-Watt Pipe Heat Cable https://www.lowes.com/pd/EasyHeat-AHB-12-ft-84-Watt-Pipe-Heat-Cable/1068425
Edit: this advice is if a supply (water incoming) line freezes. I’m not sure if it’s good advice for a drain line freeze.

Couldn’t find a location, but this article supports your story
You could try contacting the writer Mark Holmberg

Not a location suggestion, but if you find a solid spot, but their coffee is weak/thin and lacking flavor. Pack some quality instant coffee powder (One of the Perks from Kroger is good enough for me), and stir a ~teaspoon of it into the coffee. It makes a robust coffee.
If you want to avoid getting too wired, use decaf instant coffee.
I always do this on airplanes, or at home when I’m tired but don’t want to drink more than a cup.

Joes Inn is amazing, but their coffee is not.

Shaheen did my mortgage closing, and they have provided guidance since on a few boundary issues. Did they provide a reason why this wasn’t worth pursuing?
