What spot in particular? Bruh you can't name an area and say it's better then a particular restaurant. Pho broth is so complex and individualized to each restaurant. Ive Been to a good portion of the ones I'm eden center and can say pho 75 is better... Pho sate is better pho HOA is better then any one in Eden. I love eden center but come at me with a restaurant

Don't even have to go that far... Pho 75 is top rated and in Rosslyn / courthouse in Arlington
