Yeah if you live within a certain radius you don't get the bus ticket packs. There's quite a few high schools (if not all of them) where kids are coming from all over the city.

I've always thought most lights should turn to flashing red in those super late hours. Like between 1am and 4am maybe, or 11pm-4am in even lower density areas
