DC is not very big land area wise. A few mile radius covers large swaths of the city. You can even venture out to Arlington. There is a Sheraton on Columbia Pike and Washington Blvd with generous and relatively cheap parking that is a six minute drive from the Lincoln Memorial. If your main needs are parking and proximity I would choose there.

Then why is anything else open? There is a crime problem. There has never not been a crime problem. There is never not gonna be a crime problem. Business in the city is always gonna be the best long term option. When you open a business you gotta be able to perservere through it and stick around long enough to see it get better. Kinda how everyone that tucked tail in the 80s left collective hundreds of trillions on the table.

I know basic geography enough to know that Im in dc and you are afraid to be. I know basic history enough to know that people like you avoid conflict unless you can rabble rouse anonymously. I know basic psychology enough to know that you think you can hide how pathetic you are behind big bad racism. Im not afraid of you. I know Im smarter than you. You aren’t safe from your own insecurity no matter how many more rivers you cross.
