Do you mean the one by JCPenney by the mall?

Reply to Report: ‘Creeping segregation’ in Columbia, originally envisioned as model of racial integration by RAB91
Columbia was founded as a whole community, a giant experiment where the investment was toward all types of homes, all types of people, all living in a brand new more idyllic place. The return on investment model at that time was dramatically more community focused than today.
Modern housing developments look at the construction of building x, the income it will bring in to the developer and the breakeven numbers. With the new business model for additional housing units there is no motivation to build the way the first townhouses were built, the first subsidized units were built, single family homes were built etc. Diversity of income and background become almost irrelevant in the design and economic choices of the housing being constructed. The only way that these types of communities can grow with the original thinking in mind is with mandates from the county, especially with new larger developments. Income subsidized units MUST be required with every single new apartment building or condo development. No waiver should be allowed for building any apartment buildings like they have been in places like 'The Marlow' or the apartments by the mall.

We have chicken wire stapled onto our split rail fence which works. But any village will work with you if you want a fence.

I'm not sure about elkridge but the thunder hill location is awesome. One topping XL special with pickup is like $10 and is way too much food.

The letter of support sent from Harpers Choice was presented to CA before the question of Boyds dismissal had ever materialized. I'm sure you would find that village board supports Lakey though. They could have chosen to send Alan Klein back to the board after his ethics removal but chose instead to appoint another council rep.

I'm familiar with a few. Howard county has a couple options, I'm familiar more with Jewish options but St. John's in Ellicott City is nice and more affordable. Columbia Memorial Park is a corporate cemetery and is generally more expensive.

This is the place I go to when I like to hear conversation, Pug dog and other options typically are much louder than Neo. Plus the self serve tap is a cool novelty.

Right, I forgot about that lot, used to park there to go to the CA office when it was located there. I would love to see them fix up the walking path over Little Patuxent Parkway and hopefully increase parking at this two level parking structure you mentioned.
Fact is that of everything the county or developers could build there, a library like this would be pretty great.
