Rentals cannot use pay by plate, you must add the rental to your transponder for the rental period.

You can add and remove vehicles on a whim using the website. I add rentals and use my transponder all the time. No crazy fees.... it's so easy even a caveman should be able to do it

You mention no coffee shop I would patronize. Dunkin's is bad coffee, honeydew is mediocre, starbux isn't worth it, Mary Lou's is gross, never heard of Tooties. We need more coffee shops that are good! Places with baristas that care and are skilled. I encouraged this person to go forward and give another choice

Back bay? Don't take it personally but they paid $43 to park there so they give everyone the gfys face. If you took the commuter in you have black lung cause they won't fix the fans and the escalator eats people sometimes, so you gotta expectorate and pay $300 for the pass so also angry looks from them. These people have black lungs, not black hearts You want friendly? Go to the Friendly Toast, and that's a chain so you can enjoy that outside of Back Bay

You miss OP's point, they clearly state they have no TV service, which contradicts what the bill says. I think OP doesn't know what they signed up or Comcast is doing a practice called cramming (adding service without authorization)

Verizon has better customer service (not great, but better) if you have no tv, you should have no tv fees whatsoever. After being with Comcast for 14 years I expected this and often had stupid charges added to my bill, call, get ten reversed. No problems like this with Verizon (well once they withdrew $1400 from my checking for an account that was closed with a negative balance after I cashed the refund check in 2002, they gave my money back though)

Do you ha e a tv box and remote cause that is also in the bill, so the fees would be there for the service

I would switch to FiOS if you could. The day FiOS became available I switched and haven't regretted it one bit
