The vampire diary type shows do this a lot I think. characters ebb and flow from villain to ally to mind controlled, etc....

I thought Power of the Dog felt like that. Until it all cones together at the end i wasnt sure if i liked it or not. I did.

I liked it. Namor is so hot. Angela Bassett is so good. Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o, Michaela Coel! Great movie.

I find it just a fun thing to cap off a great or bad year of television, and whoever is or isnt nominated

weirdly i'd rather have new characters instead of any kind of revival/continuation.

yeah i think what's likely to happen is that nonbinary people and women would then just be pushed out all together anyway.
Emma Corrin and Emma D'arcy would be two nonbinary actors that could definitely be nominated in the future.

Reply to Have you ever let a show pile up so you can binge rather than watch weekly? What does that say about our viewing habits? by TimeTraveler3056
it's weird. when i binge i just set aside time and do it but when i watch weekly i find myself never in the right mood and i keep delaying, usually 2-3 episodes at a time.

Reply to The trope of dropping a mostly non-plot related flashback or side story episode right after a major plot point. Good or Bad? (General spoilers) by logicalnoise
if it's a streaming show releasing weekly i will honestly just wait until the next week and watch both together cause i find it a bit boring usually. I don't mind if it happens in the same episode after a major plot point but the episode after, especially the entire episode, oof.

i recommend finishing the show personally. You might feel differently. some people definitely still enjoyed it from what i've seen, even though I didn't.

Theo James. Idk why but he pulls me out of everything I watch. I don't know if he's a bad actor but he has never done it for me.

OP is slick. Instead of merely creating a "recommendations post" that would surely be deleted, they made an outlandish statement knowing people would offer recommendations do prove them wrong.

i mean it doesn't really bother me unless the show isn't funny. even if it's canned.
