I'd not heard of him but no I got the idea from the cookbook of Black Axe Mangal, a really awesome restaurant in London.

It's a Chinese condiment made with chillis and oil, and often other things like garlic, nuts, black beans. It's spicy and addictive and goes brilliantly on a whole host of foods.

It's just using cold pizza instead of bread. No cinnamon just salt and pepper.

Seasoned egg, soaked then pan fried in butter. In the oven on a rack just to melt the extra cheese on top.

Extra Mozzarella on top, honey, Dijon sour cream, lao gan ma, crispy onions and pickled chillis. Possibly the dirtiest thing I've ever made.

It's pretty much the same as A1 but stronger.
