What are these people moaning about? $150 annual deductible and max OOP of $1500 and no premiums is fantastic coverage. Hell of a lot more than most people who are stuck paying for their own coverage that's not covered by part A.

Really? Outside of NYC, most of the city public transportation systems are crap in the US. Maybe the Chicago L or DC Metro are of mention but what beyond that. Look at all the BS LA is going through just to get city rail at LAX. I can get to city center from most large city European airports in minutes on rail.
Yes, lots of people drive to or in outlying European areas but outside of the NE corridor, where is it convenient to take rail city to city in the US? I've traveled a lot on European rail and it's hands down no comparison to US regional or Amtrack. I mean come on, Deutsche Bahn or French SNCF high speed or even regional compared to NJ Transit or Amtrack? That's like comparing a 62 Buick to a 2010 BMW...

NYC is good but go to Europe or Japan or Taipei. Most of their public transportation systems put the US to shame.

Right? No mention of the Chinese sweatshops where locked down workers are pumping out everything from iPhones to computers to electronic parts to all those dollar store items for a measly several $ a day....

How are they paying more? They still have the same coverage and other than possible pre-authorizations, the insurance switch to Aetna is lower out of pocket "The new plan will also offer some benefits that were not covered under SeniorCare. A side-by-side comparison between it and Aetna’s Medicare Advantage plan reveals that the new coverage has a lower annual deductible – $150 compared with $276 under SeniorCare. The Medicare Advantage deductible will also be waived during the 2023 calendar year.
The maximum amount that members can pay out of pocket for medical services in a given year is also limited to $1,500 under the Aetna plan, while there was no maximum under SeniorCare."
