The most common subtype was DI-A, Deceased Individual (Ancestral). Basically an ancestor who presented themself to their descendents.
Some more common ones were SB-O; Summoned Being (Object), where someone would accidentally summon a being by touching or breaking an artifact,
SB-C; Summoned Being (Craft), where a group of people would voluntarily summon a being, and IB-R; Independent Being (Random).
Kind of. We didn't really come across the casual banshee or anything, the main types of entities we came across were: DI (Deceased Individual), IB (Independent Being), SB (Summoned Being), or FB (Fabricated Being). There were, of course, many subtypes as well. Hope that answered your question!
Yes, definitely. There were quite a few hauntings, a lot of random invasions or scares, and every so often somebody called the ambulance FOR the spirit
