Honestly though we have so many good choices for it. My family’s favorite has been Chinese chef. But there’s a place on chestnut called New House and it is so good. The place on battlefield by Hy-Vee called golden cuisine is also delicious. Edited to add: the place in Nixa, Cashew Inn, is well worth the short trip from Springfield

I agree, Hy-Vee is one of the pricier stores in my opinion. So is pricecutter. So going in and spending MORE money to get expired products is just simply not worth it. About the only thing I shop there for anymore is their produce because I will give them that their produce selection is unmatched (Editing for spelling)

I had this issue at the Hy-Vee on Battlefield. I was buying yogurt and an entire shelf of yogurt was bad. I pulled all the bad ones off to the side and flagged down an employee to tell them. I hardly shop at Hy-Vee anymore either though. I almost always use grocery pick up now and Target has the superior grocery pick up in my opinion.

Price cutter is the worst about selling foods past the date. I made the mistake of doing TWO grocery pick up orders with them and both times, multiple items in my order were bad/moldy. I have never really been a fan of shopping there anyway, because they are more expensive and do seem to have expired dairy and bad produce on the shelves consistently.

Oof I hate when it’s just spice for spice and doesn’t have any flavor.

Fortunately I’d never tried either of those places so couldn’t say from personal experience. In hindsight glad you have never supported them

Honestly the food wasn't that great.

You just have to pay it before registering the car. I pay mine late every year. There are late fees assessed, but they really aren't that much honestly. Also Greene County is the highest of all the counties in Missouri I have lived in.

There are thousands of reasons someone would need delivery. They aren’t demanding anything from anybody. Asking for recommendations is not even close to the same as demanding that some one do it.

Oh I’ll have to remember to try that next time I go there! I got a Turkey sandwich yesterday and it was really good

Ohhhh I love raspberry in my coffee. It’s so good! I haven’t tried Roots yet!!

I’m going to second the “don’t go to Ashley.” Also Denver mattress and all the “furniture row” places are so expensive for what you get. Their stuff is sooooo expensive and imo not any better than some of the stuff I had gotten at FFO back in the day. We went to Weekends Only recently and they had a good selection, but I didn’t look at anything more than tables and chairs.
