Steam reviews were ruined, as usual, by people trying to be funny.
"My wife and kids left me.. 10/10 would buy again 🤪🤪🤪🤪"

Live service is a good thing for a lot of games. Some of my favourite games are from years ago that frequently come out with new updates and seasonal content to keep it fresh.
It's forced into some games that don't need it but think it's a net positive in the industry.

Not spoiler "culture", its people making content that happens to be a spoiler for you. Its not their responsibility to protect you.
Spoilers/leaks for things are that aren't out yet are bad, yes. But people on the internet talking about something that you haven't played/watched isn't their problem, sorry.

They havent been able to keep up with the tech. They're still developing on an old engine and it really shows in their most recent games.
I don't find the bugs as charming as everyone else seems to, just annoying.
The starfall gameplay reveal was just sad and I worry for ES6.

Such a weird concept to me that people would miss out on good deals over fandom for an application you use for 10 seconds to launch a game.

Yes a game is a game. I click an icon and it launches. Epic sales are very good and the coupons they give too. If it's cheaper on Epic I buy it there.
I can't believe there is actual fandom over an application that is used to launch games.

I have a high end PC and had to refund after 2 hours at launch. Performance wasn't the issue for me it was the bugs.

Depends how bad it is.
Some funny glitches in Skyrim, not really a problem. Game breaking bugs and performance issues like Cyberpunk, instant refund.

New world sort of scratches that itch but fell off. Game is based around player factions owning parts of the map and invading other areas held by other factions.
It was OK on launch but endgame didn't grab me, not sure how it is now.

Biggest in what way? WoW is still king in a lot of metrics.

Reply to First I look at how many hours per day professional gamers spend practicing each day. 1-2? 6-8? If the game asks that from me in grinding hours for unlocks, if the game wants to be my full-time job, I think I'm justified in calling this unreasonable and buying a different game. by AmeSame5654
60 hours a week in Pokemon? What?

Of all the criticisms of Death Stranding you've picked "press x to continue" to tilt you.
You people have too much time to moan and complain. Take a breather.
