if there is no connections inside the box just wires passing through, does it count as a box? at that point it is basically an odd shaped conduit

if you are a cynic, lots of people not doing much, keeping people from working at competitors, employees won't tell the world that the company isn't that great, as long as you are hiring more people you can convince investors that company is doing great and growing so the company will grow in value

so do a hack job now by not installing a full floor, instead of maybe possibly doing a hack job later by cutting the floor

The cooker is done once all the water is boiled off
Since the cooker heats the combined mass of eggs and water, with more eggs it takes longer to before the water boils off, so you need less water to cook for the same time

it is just like anything else you buy. The money goes to the owner that sell it to you. The owner might be the company/person that build it, it might be a person that bought it from someone else and lived in it.
The previous owner might have borrowed some of the money to buy the house from a bank, if so that loan has to be paid back with some of the money.
The real estate company, is just company is just a company that takes some picture of the house and advertise to find someone that wants to buy the house and does some of the paper work, they get paid for that service
