Those companies aren’t service company’s. Their sales companies. Literally at a call today where two different techs from horizon said heat exchanger was shot. It was a little bit of rust in pressure switch tube. I asked the home owner what did they test. She said nothing. It’s like yeah I know there is no hole in the flue pipe so how did they do a combustion analysis test. Criminals.

Reply to I really want to discuss race and racism in Baltimore without getting kicked off of Reddit. Any suggestions? by Infinite_Magnetic7
As a white male who grew up in Baltimore. I don’t get why people say this is so prevalent. I’m 36 years old and never have I seen it. The only thing I’ve seen is poor people being taken advantage of. Nothing to do with race.

If not planning to move around a lot. I would def suggest the county. It’s just so much easier if your the type of people that want a yard and not wonder who is that person. The other big thing is Baltimore doesn’t really have your normal grocery stores in the city. Towson, cockeysville, Lutherville, sparks not much further out and get more for your money. The market is tough rn here. You can expect to pay 50k over asking in all those areas
