Reply to The two retinas are tied/linked together in the brain. Are they tied 1:1, so that each retinal point corresponds to the same retinal point in the other eye? I.e., each retinal point from one eye shares the same binocular neuron with its counterpoint in the other eye? by ch1214ch
They're not tied together.
Half of each retina goes to each side of the brain. So half your right eye goes to the right brain, other half goes to left. Same for your left eye.
The brain integrates the signal from both eyes to form a cohesive image. The neurons aren't directly tied to each other in any real way except being bundled together in the optic nerve and terminating in the same region of the brain.

So... "Best ever, at all, of all time, period, but goes without saying she'd be competitive against men"?

I guess it depends on how you define that, because she wouldn't be competitive against men.

A human raising his spear/sword/hammer/gun/axe above his head is just as aggressive as a bear raising his claws.

Are they? I haven't heard about any animosity between them. Mbappe won in 2018 and Messi in 2022. I expect that, despite the bitter disappointment for having lost, Mbappe is happy for his teammate to finally get one at the end of his career.

Yeah, but he was walking off on his own power no problem until coach told him, from the sideline, to stop walking and take a knee.

No. I'm an anesthesiologist. I went to medical school. I spent months scrubbed into surgeries, often with robots. I've sat at the control stations. I literally spend all day in operating rooms.
They are not semi-autonomous. They are zero autonomous. You don't know what you're talking about, at all, and you need to stop defending your 100% uninformed statement.

Lol. The robots are 0% autonomous. They are completely controlled by a surgeon sitting at a station with hand and foot controls and a 3d view screen.

They absolutely do, but nothing like the way opiates do.
