CS is how you build a winning company. Especially when selling premium products. Nobody's gonna be happy dropping $1k on a phone when something goes wrong and they get told to get fucked. But if you make a serious effort to take care of your customers, they'll keep being your customers.

Question:

You know those diagrams that show stuff like how different subreddits are connected?

How does one generate those? Bonus points if it's collaborative.

Basically I wanna map out my polycule and give people the ability to add their own partners as well, so we can see just how big the web of relationships is

bonus if there's a way to make the bond lines different colors with a key because people's relationships differ
