Reply to I don’t know if this was asked a lot but it’s hard to get a clear answer since there’s so much gray area… can I, and if so, how dark may my window tint be on a sedan? My apologies if this is a repeating question, I look forward to y’all’s expertise! by FreeGreenCards_
They almost never pull you over for window tint. I was pulled over once for window tint, a small town where they didn’t recognize my car. Supposedly the business owner I knew complained about it and supposedly it won’t happen again.
It’s basically probable cause but most cops claim they don’t pull people over for it at all and were surprised when I claimed I had been. Just don’t try being a dick if you do get pulled over because there’s always that to get cited on

I agree. I live in Schuylkill county and wanted to read through this for a laugh of these liberals are in packs. I know a Wildly disproportionate amount of gay people you’ll find in bars and clubs here because straight people don’t go out as much. I knew less gay people in Centre county than here. I use that term all inclusive, I knew of a trans guy too. Adams county has an outlandish gay pride thing every year in Gettysburg.

Yeah there is something of an influx of refugees. They’re paying too much. A bunch of bottom-feeder developers think they can just buy houses and flip then immediately with no work or even cleaning it out. Housing prices were rock bottom when I bought mine in 2016. I paid $34,000 for a 1400 square foot home. I know some landlords that were despairing about the low real estate values back then.
And no, it’s “go back to your state” territory. Hundreds of NYers vacationing here during COVID to escape the lockdowns is the reason Graffiti Highway in Centralia was finally covered over. There’s been a massive influx of NY/NJ license plates since then
Some faithful mask-wearing city guy just got himself killed on an electric scooter in the last year or so. He zipped around like crazy in and out of traffic, I always saw him riding around with a surgical mask and groceries in hand and knew exactly what would happen with him driving so confidently around. Fortunately for everyone else it was a cop car who struck him. People aren’t looking for scooters around here.

My co-worker wanted to move to Reading to raise his son in a more cultured area than our rural slum. I emphasized to him that our hometown was safer and had a decent school district. He hadn’t moved yet but he spent a lot of time there outside of work until he got shot to death one evening in November. They haven’t made any arrests.

I argued about the safety of Reading with a coworker who proceeded to get shot and killed in downtown reading in a busy area.

It's effectively what PPL did to me and a whole bunch of other people (from what I can tell) because it's only an 'estimate' and it will supposedly be corrected and we'll be credited for the future bills. They somehow glitched their estimates up badly. On top of that Natural gas rates have skyrocketed. So I'm getting hit with my biggest ever electric bill on a winter month (and with no AC usage) and then my highest ever (by far) natural gas bill in a mild winter month. Poof, there goes my whole paycheck. Pretty shocking

I'm also shocked by my natural gas bill which is $100 higher than December (already high-average), it was my highest utility bill ever (it's not even cold!!!!). This kind of financial hit could be devastating to someone . Both get automatically deducted on the same day.

The radio report I heard said that PPL said it affected up to 800,000 customers. I can’t even fathom how this could occur. If I were involved in their customer support, I would quit immediately.

Oh please when these Universities inevitably start going under, we cannot bail them out. It's the 21st Century. They could have done education so much better. The bastards take advantage of graduate students and undergraduates alike. They straight up abuse the underclassmen, forcing them into dorms and expensive meal plans that are not cost-beneficial.
