I'd make sure whoever you use has handled purchases in Jersey City before (or at least Hudson County). I found it helpful to have someone who knew what was standard and what was weird here.

Google maps is pretty accurate for public transportation and timing (set your arrive by time to roughly your work start time to get correct schedules). In general in Jersey City, the closer to the PATH station, the faster your commute, but also the more expensive your rent. PATH from Jersey City to 23rd and 6th is likely about 20 mins so it will depend on walking time to and from PATH station about your commute (and/or if Chelsea location is far enough you want to transfer to subway or bus in NYC).

Bone In does CSA delivery to Jersey City. They do veggies and have a once a month meat one too. We did it for a while during early pandemic and it was great.

Are they still doing zoom parking court? If so, it's worth fighting as it's about 25 mins of your time. Hopefully you took pics of you parked so you can show the judge. We went to fight one where people had put up no parking signs that morning (vs the two days in advance). Which meant we didn't really have proof (except it was literally directly in front of our house and they ended up putting the sign on our front door so we would have seen it). But still got the ticket knocked down to $15.
