So my fiancé is Vietnamese so we usually get Pho Thien Phat on horsepen bc she’s says it’s the most authentic and it really is delicious

To answer the question, it’s kind of different I suppose by definition but it is broth, noodles, wontons, sliced pork and herbs/bean sprouts

She gets the “regular” which is pork meatballs plus noodles and the rest of it

Eating some wonton pho with the fiancé and either playing some warzone under a blanket or watching glass onion, haven’t decided yet
