You're really not grasping what anyone is saying.

Nobody is saying you can't push start a car, Joel specifically considered going without a battery in the episode and Tess talked him out of it, because relying on push starting a car if you're either being shot at or chased by infected is a dumb risk.

Yeah..I'm not arguing with you. If you don't see any issue with trying to push start a car in thick mud or an uneven surface when in a hurry that's fine. In the context of the show though the characters were in no rush and it makes sense that they would rather have a battery if possible, which they believed it was at the time.

No, you definitely cannot push start a car in 5 seconds everytime. You cant push start a car if you're on an uneven surface which you probably will be while travelling across country.

You also can't depend on it if you need a quick getaway. The characters wanting a battery before attempting a cross country trip in a world where roads and infrastructure are damaged at best makes perfect sense. Also the idea that a single adult could push start a car, fully loaded with supplies for a cross country trip, on their own reliably is just silly.

Well first of all, that's not true. That works if the battery is flat but not if it's been dead a long time, the battery won't be able to hold any kind of charge. You might be able to bump start it a couple times but that is hardly going to be a reliable method of starting a a car repeatedly along a long journey and potentially on rough or uneven terrain where a bump start isn't possible.

To be fair to Lazenby at the time there was nothing to suggest otherwise. Connery at the time WAS Bond and it's no coincidence Connery came back twice for Bond (one granted wasn't an eon bond). So in Lazenbys defence it would seem at the time the public genuinely only seen Connery as Bond and the series may not stay popular with a new lead.

After I seen Avengers on opening night here in Dublin, there was a guy dressed head to toe in full marvel memorabilia proudly telling his friends it was hell boy in the after credits scene and that he owns all the comics where they have to stop Hellboy for ending the world.

In fairness, despite reading the comics myself I genuinely didn't recognize it was Thanos myself...
