Here's another article about the lawsuit - https://local21news.com/news/crisis-in-the-classroom/parents-sue-west-shore-school-district-for-new-character-strong-curriculum

The craziness is absolutely dumbfounding:

>In the suit, one parent wrote: Not every human is deserving of my child's empathy.

The "love" of Jesus Christ's followers on display.

The article does say that PA DEP claims they are not connected, but they also admit:

>that monitoring had been limited to surface surveys with "thermal imaging cameras."

So, it is very possible that there is a connection deeper than what they have probed. It almost seems like the DEP is fearful to actually discover that connection.

Whoa! My family went to one of their practices for a few years, and there was always ridiculous turnover with hygienists, etc. to the point that we never felt comfortable with their work, or their care suggestions.

Left them behind and went to a new place that may be the best dentist I've had in all my life.

Does anyone know how far down "heir" goes? My Mom's Grandmother is on the list, and she is long deceased. My Mom is not the executor of the Estate, though, and the original executor is also deceased. My Mom is an only child so no one else would be a claimant at this point.

Seems like a decent sum, so what would we have to provide?

Way to hyperbolize the actual incident.

The book was Gender Queer which is not a "pornography" book, but a personal memoir. The teacher had it in their class, but it was not being read to the students, nor was it offered to them in any way, shape, or form. I will agree that it is not appropriate for 7th graders, without parental consent as it ventures into some explicit content, but this situation is more of a mole hill than some are portraying it to be.

Teachers should be informed about the discussions occurring around their classrooms, so the teacher having it in their possession should not raise any alarms. The fact that the School District is considering further action against the teacher is the more alarming fact here.

This is the part that is amazing to me. Up in that area there are acres upon acres of abandoned/old mining areas. The fact that those people were in that specific area to find those remains is something out of a movie.
