I see you just edited your FAQ page, and it no longer states shipping worldwide is $3.99. So is that untrue?

Your site FAQ states: "Worldwide shipping costs $3.99 USD (the weight and the number of products don’t matter)." However, when I go to check out, Shipping is not $3.99 -- it's $7.99.
