IKEA food court (in College Park) is pretty and has massive seating. Food is relatively cheap and it’s easy for people to get what they want, no need to split tabs. Park, go in, go right up the escalator and bear right and you’re there.

They’re not allowed to charge you for normal wear and tear. I would fight back with small claims court, tenant laws in Maryland are protective and should be in your favor.
