No worries. I didn't take it that way, even though that's likely a big part of the decision to do so.

In addition to that, we (I'm an expat living in Poland) have a ton of Ukrainian refugees here that would love to be able to go home and start to get some normalcy back in their lives.

This would help them to be able to accomplish that and would also take a large burden off of the Polish systems.

Sadly, that's the case in most places, big and small, all around the globe.
