It was shockingly cold in late April so I'd guess probably close to Lake Chelan temp wise

You can also rent kayaks from the lodge if you want to get on the water but not take an ice bath. As pusheenforchange stated,the morning would be better for calmer waters.

You have no idea... I first came here in 1998 and then spent the next 23 years trying to find a way to get a job here. I think you can say I'm persistent once I get an idea in my head lol

I really appreciate it, thank you. I didn't grow up here but the first time I came here, I knew I had to live here. Zero regrets changing careers in order to make that happen. Where are you now if you're missing the views?
