Thank you! It was mostly experimental based on a recipe I found here, but I'll write it down:
Fry the mushrooms and let them stew in their own juice until they've shrunk and turned nice and brown. Then add chopped onions, diced tomatoes, parsley, and garlic, and fry them with smoked paprika. When it looks about done, add heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

I didn't add white wine or portabella, but you guessed the rest! I will try that next time though, it seems like a good idea
