Let's just call him Showtani at this point since he pretty much owns the big show now.

Democratic in a team setting is not necessarily good. Many times people need to be led to get things done.

When she lets me know her and my daughter are spending the night at her parent's house, I am always initially happy I get the place to myself, but by the end of the night I'm bummed out because nobody is here. The presence can be just as important as the things they do.

Don't some creatures use glycerol as an antifreeze?

Jesus, the air was so thick. And the echoing noise in that place.
During one of the two hours a day I was out of my cell, this guy comes into the block and the guy next to me shouts "you're back" at him and asks how long he's in. He responded "only six months". ONLY?!?!?! Fucking hell.

I spent five days in jail, wrongly accused, before they got everything straightened out. I can't even begin to fathom 25 effing years.

I never said practice isn't needed. We agree it's needed. After 35 years, in a decent guitarist but I'll never be a virtuoso. I'm an excellent photographer. I've practiced both, but am only really good at one.

I never said you don't need to practice. I said practicing will not make just anyone a master.

Practice does not equal mastery. I've been playing guitar for 35 years and will likely never master it. Driving on the other hand I'm very good at. If comes naturally.

That isn't why it's called universal. Universal serial bus means common. It was developed to do away with all the different interfaces we had before. Serial, parallel, PS2, gameport, etc. You think having usb mini/micro, Thunderbolt, etc is annoying now, it was atrocious 25 years ago.
