$30 a week for a basic mow, but I also paid a different landscaping design company $$$ for a full yard remodel with new plantings, better designed layout, added drainage, etc.

COVID is definitely still a thing. It’s not over just because you wish it was. But most masking requirements have ended. I’d still wear one on public transit, dr’s appts, crowded venues.

I’d try hard to utilize your public schools. Student success mostly hinges on having involved parents, which you are.

My kid currently goes to a catholic school since we moved from the city and it was what he was used to, but catholic/private schools out here are nothing like the ones in the city and I can’t wait to switch him to public school.

What kind of art are you into? Not local, but I have a relative who is a well known abstract impressionist from the Midwest if you’re missing home. She also has lots of paintings from her various travels around the world.
