I was told that as well. Honestly every ford owner should start a class action against them for the back up cameras.

Have the exact same issues on a 2012 explorer , 2014 fusion and 2014 escape.

Honestly surprised they havent recalled every single car from 2012 onwards. Every single ford my family has purchased in the last 12 years have had the rear cameras fail or had a lot of issues with it. Ford backup cameras suck ass.
