Given that Tarantino has described Cliff as a straight up trained cold killer who, among other things, fought through WW2 both in Italy and deep in the jungles of the Philippines where he killed dozens of Japanese soldiers with only a knife, I’d probably bet on Cliff overall. He goes way more into Cliff’s story in the book version of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Reply to comment by ezra_sinclair in Narcissistic tendencies moderate the association between testosterone levels and generosity in men by chrisdh79
The article posted here is saying that narcissists tend to be less generous though.
“One (perhaps somewhat funny) takeaway message from our study would be: if you are choosing a date, beware of highly narcissistic men who are simultaneously low on baseline testosterone – in our studies, they were the least generous (and most selfish) in their decisions,” Czarna added. “They shared the least resources with others. So, when going on a date with one of them – prepare to pick up the bill. Meanwhile, men who were low on both narcissism and testosterone were highly generous.”
And agreed it also doesn’t establish how testosterone plays any role in this either, seeing as how both measurements kept the same level of testosterone and only adjusted for the level of narcissism (how do you even measure that conclusively). This is a really shoddy pseudoscientific study that just screams confirmation bias. No idea why they even included testosterone in the discussion when they didn’t identify any correlation.
On a side note, the “prepare to pick up the bill” remark is just kind of a gross and manipulative sounding characterization of what they are trying to say.

Because those cities don’t have nearly the same number of homeless people for a wide range of reasons. Once NYC can provide adequate housing/doesn’t gouge rent out, and not allow foreign nationals to buy out condos/apartments that they will never actually live in as a way to park money, then we’ll talk. Until then, this city has become a giant Ponzi scheme on the way to San Francisco levels of shit.

Tf does the world matter here. You are in a NYC sub. Idk if you’re new here or just playing pretend, but it’s winter and you are going to find more homeless folks indoors. Always has been that way, and I’d rather people not freeze to death.

Maybe we can try to address why they became homeless in the first place?

*Tax funded public spaces. But bat your eyes away from the suffering, dust it under the rug, and toss em’ into the winter weather why not. The problem is sure to just stop existing /s.

A cool detail is that they both drive the same exact car (in the same color too), and also both prominently wear the color yellow.
