I have had 3 meals at Kelly's in the last year because a coworker is convinced its "the best" Its over priced and calling it mediocre would be a compliment. I got a cheeseburger medium w/fries the last time. Burger was welllll done and tasteless the fries were under cooked smelled and tasted like fish because they didn't use a separate fryer for just fries. The other 2 times its was just as bland and meh. Much better options available

I have seen it more than once in pers. Its ridiculously bad in person as well.

The have the need because the neiborhood this store is in is crawling with junkies. They likely had numerous overdoses and this is their solution to try to minimize it continuing.
