Acknowledging you need help or can't get through it alone is a very particular kind of strength. Can I ask about what's going on/what's got you feeling this way?

I understand how you feel, but it should also be known that it's not necessarily another person's job to heal those pains and scars.
I think other people have the capacity to help, but we must also be willing to put the work in for ourselves, so that we can move forward. It may be a long, uphill battle, but it is not always impossible.

Do you feel like your husband would react violently?
Because if not, I feel like the person you should talk to...is your husband. If you've been unfaithful, that's not really something to keep to yourself. He deserves to know the truth.

Do you think forgiving this person will help you move forward?
Forgiveness should always be given when you're ready, but there's no need to rush there.
