Could you share the name of any of these prefab companies? Also, good suggestion to have a lawyer read over any contract first.

Good suggestion. We’ve just started looking into prefab as well! So far, we’ve seen some we like from Unity, Lindel, and Acorn. Seems like there are actually quite a few options on the prefab front…

My family is currently looking for a builder in MA. I know we’re at least a little crazy to be trying to build a home right now but we see the potential long term value in building vs. buying an existing home. Hoping we can avoid nightmare scenarios with a solid CG and being heavily involved in the process.

Budget is up to $550,000 for the build and we’re thinking a 3 bed, 2.5 bath mid-century modern style ranch. Also interested in energy efficiency!

ETA: in the Groton/Dunstable/Tyngsborough area
