IRS says you only have to do paperwork for over $10k in purchases. As long as they spend under at each store, NH doesn’t have to report it.

Surrounding states?! Their biggest customers come from NYC with $9,999 in straight casssshhhhhh homie.
Then they stop at 3-4 stores and spend that at each one. They come weekly.
