28 over is 5 points. You’re one ticket away from a license suspension at that point. It’s in your interest to take the day off of work, plead not guilty and see if you can get things reduced. You may also want a traffic attorney.

Unless there’s some glaring procedural issue or the cop doesn’t show to the hearing I don’t see this getting 0 points. 28 over is really fast. Going from 5 to 4 points would be cutting you a break.

I like JF, he’s getting my vote. That debate was painful to watch though simply from a human perspective. You can tell the concepts were there but he just could get the words out. Fetterman at 50% capacity is still better than Dr Oz though.
