Yeye but we humans do have the circadian rhythm which is also the reason why we can wake up at almost exactly the same time every day given we have a regular sleep schedule

Don't all animals have an internal clock consisting of 24 hours? I feel like that'd be true if they slept for entire days but idk

Cats actually take 25 minutes instead of 90 to enter REM sleep but yeah it's probably not the majority
