Pretty much everything. It’s too big. I personally think sushi should be fresh, not fried. It’s covered in sauce. It mixes shrimp and crab. There’s too much shrimp. The rice is disproportionate to the rest of the ingredients.

Everything considered, this is a very loose interpretation of “sushi”. I can appreciate some western-style sushi, but I think this particular example has gone way too far past the original to be appetizing.
