Well, that's interesting. 99% of these scams target labourers in the poorer country with promises about work a richer one (see: Qatar), but in this case they presented the jobs as high-paid "expat" work like IT and consulting. Sad to hear.

Average income in Malaysia is over ten times higher than Cambodia. Ain't no Malaysian going to Cambodia for work. See below.
