The problem with democracy is some people are dumb and some smart people are assholes. You figure out how to fix that and you'll surely get a big prize.

The obvious choice is get into AI. It's not going away and it is going to change every other kind of engineering forever. In any case, don't be afraid of what's coming. You didn't sign up for this ride to annihilate yourself.

Reply to Physically Demanding Work Tied to Male Fertility: Study suggests occupational factors associated with higher sperm concentrations and serum testosterone levels. by filosoful
What if you loaf a lot at work but run to the office and lift regularly? You could always sew on an extra pair of nuts when you get too old. The study may be great but this is article is vague and dum.

I don't think there's so much of a chance for the kind of eradication a lot of people seem to fear, but the fear exposes the truth.

Of course AI could appreciate humans, and probably correctly, which will probably blow a hole in our persistent, rotten core. Fun times!

Not the way it can be done now. What if you can get everyone to know the same thing instead? That's what is starting to happen. There will always be the opt-out plan, but the stakes will be high. Belief when you can know instead (also called ignorance) is largely an animal flaw that won't hold machines back.

The moon only seems really big compared to 0%. But I guess in 10,000 years we'll have other problems anyway.

Okay Im a moron and haven't done any homework. What's the chance of screwing this up and wrecking tidal lock or the whole orbit so we don't get to play anymore?

People who think everyone can be rich are, quite frankly, kinda scary.

I'd rather mop floor myself than have a robot get in my way and making noise while I'm trying to work. Unless it's hot looking. Smart would be nice too, in which case it probably wouldn't want to do no housework.

I figure it depends on how well humans can accept being superceded. It will be a result of their own collective effort in the past, so, there will be that to hold onto.

Because Hitler permanently tarnished the idea of a New Order. Probably the worst thing he did.
