I just replaced those itchy velour pads with lambskin leather from ZMF. I’m also ordering their Suede material.

I got HD800s because its the least clampy and most comfortable. I wear these for 16 hours a day as a professional competitive gamer. Sound positioning is accurate and clear. I can hear the enemy before they hear me.

Its a mix of non fps games too. It sounds good. The main reason I got HD800s was the loose fitting. Not clampy. It feels like nothing on my head.

Ah man, I never heard of these when I was shopping a few months ago. I went by reviews from Josh Valour, DMS, Resolve, Crinacle and they all recommended HD800s for fps gaming.

Ok got it. I just found out that my iPhone, with Apple Music, won’t support Aptx if using BT. It uses its Aac and therefore not CD Quality sound.
But if plugged in, then its CD quality.

just to confirm, will the sound be noticeably less quality than my wired? I'm so use to great sound.

I use iPhone. So looks like Quedeliz doesn’t use AptX but Aac? Maybe I should use Fiio instead?

HD800s. Its incredible. Otherwise you will keep buying mid grade headphones and not like them. Why do that?

ZMF is 17mm thickness. Dekoni is 25mm. Ideally a leather with 14mm would be perfect for me.

After wearing the ZMF for a few hours, it feel more snug than the velour but less clampy than deknoi. Its a great middle ground.

The dekoni added more bass but too clampy from the 25mm thickness
