Yup you are right... this story is like 5 years old.

Many African regimes are so desperate for Chinese money and investment that this will be ignored by them entirely and it's unlikely to make a blip on news networks in Africa.

The fact of the matter is that Chinese Racism is international. There isn't a race, or nation, that Chinese Agit-prop doesn't decry as less then or inferior. (Sometimes they like Russia) To the Chinese media machine, the Chinese are the superior race, and all other peoples exist only to service the Chinese people in their ascendency.

Many of their popular action movies feature Chinese characters routinely defeating the corrupt, morally bankrupt, and dishonest Europeans, Africans and Americans. They feature caricatures that would make 1980's movies uncomfortable...

Chinese people are taught that their culture is superior in everyway to every other culture. Chinese "Unity" is superior to any other nation, race, or form of governance.

Essentially China now is what England/West Europe/America was in the 1700-1940 period. The colonial period, without the ability land grab because of international law. (this is why they are watching Ukraine very closely)

Ah, the Tucker Carlson defense. You can bring up anything, no matter how evil, or heinous or disgusting... under the guise of "I'm just being intellectually curious."

Also to be fair, he wasn't asking anything, he literally floated the idea that dead kids were ultimately better for the economy. It's the ugliest possible answer to a question no one who has any humanity would ask.
