I’ve been working with riscv for the better part of a year. It’s not slower to the average end user (only noticeably slower for intensive research applications). It costs significantly less.
The barebones architecture of tracking is not applicable to riscv architecture. That is external and would apply to potentially any add on microchips in the computer but not the core(s) of the processor itself.
