Dave was a fantastic guy - he and I worked in the same building for a long time, and I also used to see him absolutely everywhere, including but not limited to towing his daughter’s bikes through the years. He never acted condescendingly towards women bikers, and just was incredibly welcoming.

I’m very sorry for your loss. Try Ukrop’s Bakery. Not sure if you’re originally from the area, but Ukrop’s used to make really fantastic gingerbread men when the grocery stores were open. The bakery might have carried that over. Wegmans probably has gingerbread. Scoop (ice cream store) has had gingerbread ice cream in the past, if you want to mix it up.
