Kills me, almost literally, and almost daily

ESM looked dogged-out and dirty the last time I went a few weeks ago. Employees looked the other way when you approach or just walk by. I made a lap in there and walked right over to WF… which actually seems LESS expensive (store brand stuff) and better quality.

I get it but to actually see people being polite/patient is SO refreshing
