I would still rank them above Mediacom and AT&T in this area any day of the week. Faster, cheaper, and this is the only day I’ve had a service issue over the past year.
Yeah, CenturyLink sold a lot of business to Brightspeed. To be fair, I’ve had no other issues at all. It was just a really odd interaction to be given some random names and a number for further issues.
