Reply to Any Morrell Mushrooms for sale? by Jalene74
I sometimes see little baggies of dried morel mushrooms on sale at HyVee, but not all the time... I've never seen fresh morels being sold though... maybe at a farmer's market? No idea, if I were the one picking them I would NOT give them away hahahah no matter how much I'm offered :P

I love The Venues, it's on E Battlefield. They focus a lot on helping the community.
Can't say much on how to tell your parents to change churches... Mine were super stubborn about that stuff and wouldn't allow me to go to a different one on my own until I was no longer a minor. Best advice I can think of would be to say that you feel like you can grow closer to God and become a better person in a different church, that you feel stagnant where you currently are. I don't know how your parents are in regards to your independence...

And the worst part is that you'd get the blame if your leashed dog attacks the one that isn't leashed (and clearly was at fault for invading their space) :(

Any Asian market will carry it, there are tons all over town. My favourite is Asian World Market on Battlefield and Campbell.
I think HyVee might have it sometimes too, I swear I've seen it at one of the Walmarts as well but can't say for certain which.

Yes, Leslie's Supermarket°!! I wasn't sure if it was supermarket or restaurant... I remember back when they were closer to Sunshine that they were a Panadería back then

The owner of that one is Egyptian, so you'll find a lot of North African and Middle Eastern items too!

Fantastic attitude there.
The Japanese Market is owned by a a Korean family.
And I'm certain from your comment that you might not have ever been to any of these stores before, since you're assuming that they would only sell items from the country in their name. Please visit them, and you'll discover they have even South East Asian and Pacific Islander products.
The Latino Market on St. Louis Street actually has A LOT North African items (the owner is an Egyptian who married a Colombian).
Yay globalisation!

Any of the Asian markets in town will have different kinds available. I'm partial to Asian World Market on Battlefield and Campbell, but there's also the Vietnamese market Binh Tay on Sunshine, or the Japanese market on Glensone, or Seoul Market on Campbell... I'm sure there are many others, those are just the ones I know.
Edit: made a mistake with the street names

I live in an apartment building here, so very likely a different experience. But at least from outside noises and such, it's quieter than when I used to live around Glenstone and Cherry.

Treat it like you would alcohol, don't ruin the one good thing happening in this stupidly conservative state, just so you can drive while high.

I stopped taking ambien!
My problem used to be that I couldn't take melatonin for more than a few days in a row and then it would stop working altogether for like a week (same with benadryl, plus that one makes me feel like shit the next day). Ambien did the job without the need to stop taking it for a while, but I was always uncomfortable taking it since everyone was always so weary about it.

Nowadays I take CBN gummies with melatonin and at least for the past.... 4 months I have been having the best sleep of my life. It works also if I take melatonin separately and vape some indica flower (I get the ones that have higher CBN levels) just before heading to bed. After switching to that, I've been able to even wake up early in the morning feeling well rested and alert.
