My great uncle was a bookie here in CT but he just..... "mysteriously disappeared". My grandmother was pulling out a family tree book with letters and documents about the whole thing when I was like 8.

I'm not gonna divulge everything here considering I'm not even sure I should be posting this, but I know my grandfather was at least sort of involved in some shit too.

My sister has an old af car and she throws it on her front dashboard so it's displayed without having to drill holes into her car, no ones ever said anything to her about it and it avoids a pull over lol

Only break one law at a time, and that's usually already taken by her speeding (which I do get on her about)

My only advice is if you don't believe in God or a higher power, you probably won't get much out of the meetings. Since they really, really push on that.

Imo they're just pushing people to trade one addiction for another (like those who go from over eating to obsessively working out daily and counting every little calorie in everything, it's just trading one eating disorder for another) and it's never sat right for me

Has helped a lot of people tho so I don't wanna discourage you from taking a shot at it

It cracks me up when people say this because my ex boss's daughter owns sultan's with her husband. Now, i dont know the daughter or her husband. But, my ex boss is from Greece (he owns a greek pizza place) and his wife is VERY american.

That being said, ive eaten there before and they were really really good. Absolutely would recommend them.
