It depends on whether or not you care about any Xbox exclusive titles. If you like Bethesda games, you're probably going to want Starfield. There's also Forza and Redfall and others I can't recall. Or maybe you just want a better controller ;). But seriously if none of the exclusive content matters to you then just level up your PS5. That is the only reason to have both really.

Honestly I hated the fixed camera perspectives. It was done because of the technological limitations at the time. The scenes were renders, which allowed for better graphics. Now graphics capability has long reached a point that it is not necessary. I didn't play some of the Capcom titles of that era because it was so unintuitive to always use up to move forward regardless of camera angle.

If you cannot cover his portion, you should contact the landlord and be upfront about the situation. Landlords want a timeline, so have a date that you will have the rest of the rent as well as any applicable late fees. It is really up to the landlord whether or not they will work with you or file an eviction.
