This is kind of a case study on how polling large swaths of people surfaces comfort and familiarity over actual quality.

This place really surprised me. Consistently excellent burger. Hell of a menu too. Kimchi hot dogs? Korean BBQ tacos? Sign me the fuck up.

It's a gamble. Three Penny on a good night is easily one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. Order that same burger on an off-night, and it's a safely middle-of-the-road burger at best.
